Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
following be discharged from the State Affairs Committee and                   
considered by the House at this time:                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 53                                                 
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to the length of a regular session and establishing a                 
unicameral legislature; and providing for an effective date for each           
amendment.
